8.2/10

With our 9 children all under 15 in age, we enjoyed the huge bathtub at the hotel, providing ample space for a family. The location was close to everything we wanted to do while there, making it convenient for our family trip. However, the metal stairs leading to the second level showed signs of rust from lack of maintenance, which was a minor concern.

The hotel is perfectly situated for a family getaway, ideal for strolling to the island and close to all attractions in Pigeon Forge. The riverside location offers easy access to nearby activities, which is a bonus. However, some improvements are needed in the dining experience with cold meat offerings.

Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. Despite the huge bathtub in the room, we found the metal stairs leading to the second floor rusty due to lack of maintenance. The hotel's central location was convenient, but the rusted stairs were a safety concern.
